 Great vacation getaway or short term rental. Newly remodeled large studio with modern furniture in a beach front building with direct ocean views from your apartment. Unit has a full bath, stovetop burner, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, tile floors, a/c, and a closet. Utensils, linens and towels are all included. The unit is also equipped with a flat screen Tv, cable and wireless internet access.  It is located very close to wonderful restaurants/bars, upscale shopping, Movie Theaters, supermarkets, pharmacy, fitness center, laundry center and more. Parking is onsite. The unit is the corner unit on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. The balcony with table and chairs overlooks the heated pool, bbq area and the beautiful beach.
 We can provide daily maid service for a small fee.

The building also has coin operated washing machines and dryers.

The closest airport is Sarasota-Bradenton approx thirty minutes away and Tampa is approximately one hour away.

Tampa is where you will find Bush Gardens. The most famous Mouse in the world and all the Orlando attractions are only a two hour drive to the northeast.
